REMINDER: ‘Boeing Boeing’ opens tonight at Renton Civic Theatre

The play tells the tale of Bernard, the self-styled Parisian lothario, who juggles three fiancées, all flight attendants.

Renton Civic Theatre presents the complicated and twisted tale of romance “Boeing, Boeing” opening tonight, Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14.

“Boeing, Boeing” is a 1960s French farce adapted for an English-speaking stage by Marc Camoletti, Beverley Cross and Francis Evans. The play tells the tale of Bernard, the self-styled Parisian lothario, who juggles three fiancées, all flight attendants.

Bernard’s world turns upside down when weather delays and the invention of a faster Boeing jet send his love life into chaos. He must sort it all out, when his Italian, German and American fiancées come unexpectedly to Paris at the same time.

Tickets are $22 for adults; $17 for students and seniors. ‘Boeing Boeing’ plays at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays through March 1.
