I am a senior citizen living in the newly annexed area in south Renton. I have depended upon the King County Library System for the last few years and have found it completely satisfied my library use needs. I use the library facility several times a week. I have also used the Renton Library considerably in the past. The Renton Library was OK, but I found the service at KCLS many times better and more inclusive. Access to a huge volume of books in a large library system offers much more value than can a small library system like Renton’s. I find excellent service and minimum waiting time for books. Please vote yes for annexation to the KCLS library system, as annexation will improve service and access to many more books than now available at the Renton Library.
