Marshalls, one of the nation’s leading off-price retailers, will open at The Landing on Thursday.

Marshalls is relocating its store that has been at the Parkway Super Center on Southcenter Parkway in Tukwila. That location closed Sunday.

The new store on North Landing Way will feature a fresh contemporary design, upgraded dressing rooms and a single-line checkout.

The store will continue to offer shoppers designer fashions, shoes and home accents at prices up to 60 percent less than department and specialty stores. The store also will add two new features, Marshalls Shoe MegaShop and The CUBE.

The Shoe MegaShop offers approximately 5,000 square feet within Marshalls, with thousands of designer shoes. The CUBE is an in-store boutique that’s organized by style, with coordinating accessories nearby.
