Foxwood Engraving had its original soft opening in November 2023, and less than two years later, the popular customization shop has found a new home right across the street.
Following the closing of Sparkle Gifts and Whatnots’ physical store in June (the beloved gift shop has moved online), Foxwood was quick to takeover the South 3rd Street space, with a grand re-opening on Sept. 20. Owner, designer and engraver Joanna Lis and her husband, Krystof, welcomed in customers with pastries and their own opportunity to create a custom craft.
Foxwood Engraving customizes everything from wood cutouts of maps, classic games and ornaments to laser engraving on metal cups, wine glasses, jewelry and more.
“It’s a lot of work, but there was a huge crowd earlier in the day, so we’re very excited for this new step,” said Lis.
Foxwood Engraving is now located at 824 S. 3rd St. and is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. It is closed on Sunday and Monday. For more information, visit foxwoodengraving.com.
