Hazen ties for the third time this season

For the third time this season, the Hazen boys soccer team ended in a draw.

The Highlanders hosted Kentwood Tuesday evening. The teams ended the match tied at 2-2.

Kale Soares got his first goal of the season on an assist from Eric Bunnell, three minutes into the first half.

The teams went into the half tied at 1-1.

In the second half, Bunnell got his fifth goal of the season on a cross from Sam Holbrook.

Hazen travels to French Field for a 7 p.m. match Friday, March 29 against Kent-Meridian.
