XC: Three Liberty runners on to state after Sea-King meet

Three Liberty runners advanced to the state meet from the Sea-King District Meet Oct. 31.

The boys team finished fifth, one spot out of qualifying for state. Josiah Sherwood led the Patriots with an 11th-place finish. Sophomore Tyler Westenbroek finished in 17th.

The girls team placed seventh. Megan Chucka finished 15th to lead the way and qualify for state.
