The Seattle Seahawks signed first-round pick Aaron Curry to a six-year deal this weekend.
The Seahawks picked Curry fourth overall in this April's NFL Draft. Curry had a standout career at Wake Forest. He won the 2008 Butkus Award (nation's best linebacker) and totaled 332 tackles in his career as a Demon Deacon.
Seattle has now signed all seven draft choices.
To make space on the roster, the team released Billy McMullen. McMullen, a wide receiver, signed with the Seahawks Sept. 10, 2008. He played in four games with the team last season, then was waived after an injury. He resigned with the team Jan. 8, 2009.
