Boys basketball: KR knocks off Inglemoor, earns berth in state semifinals
By ERICK WALKER
Surprise, surprise. The Kentridge High boys basketball team, pegged the sleeper of the Class 4A state tournament, knocked off Inglemoor on Thursday night 60-48 to earn a berth in Friday's semifinals. Kentridge (19-8) will play top-ranked Federal Way at 7 p.m. on Friday for a berth in the state championship game. The Chargers split a pair of games this year with Federal Way, which is the favorite to win it all. Sophomore guard Gary Bell torched Inglemoor for a game-high 32 points while backcourt teammate Shaquielle McKissic added 17.
