Gymnastics: Louise Baker wins all-around, Lindbergh falls by less than two points

Even though Lindbergh's Louise Baker dominated the meet, Mount Rainier edged Lindbergh by less than two points for the league title at the Seamount gymnastics championships Friday.
The Rams scored 146.45 points, while Lindbergh scored 144.665. Hazen finished in third with 133 points. Renton finished fifth, at 119.5. The Hazen and Lindbergh teams will advance to districts.
Louise Baker won the all-around league title, scoring 35.775 points. Baker won the vault (8.45), bars (8.625), beam (9.425) and floor (9.275).
Lindbergh's Aleyna Yamaguchi placed fourth in all-around. Christine Yamaguchi placed fifth in all-around and third in vault.
Hazen's Becca Shure-Reinhart placed seventh in all-around and teammate Robin Lee placed ninth.
Lindbergh's Jami Kouba placed third in bars.
Liberty placed fourth at the KingCo 3A championships at Ballard last weekend.
The Patriots scored 146.575 points and just five points separated the second through fourth place teams.
Ally Huberty tied for first in vault.
