Eagles beat Enumclaw
Lindbergh beat Enumclaw 9-5 in an SPSL/Seamount sub-district game on May 2.
The game was tied after five innings, then the Eagles (9-7 overall, 7-7 Seamount) exploded for seven runs in the bottom of the sixth inning. Enumclaw (7-12, 5-9) made a late surge by scoring three runs in the top of the seventh inning, but fell short.
Dayton Frazier went 1-3 with two RBIs and a double for Lindbergh. Blake Gray also had also had two RBIs and a double for the Eagles. Justin Salomon pitched the complete game for Lindbergh and recorded nine strikeouts.
Lindbergh played Kelso on Tuesday.
Trojans take out Hazen
Hazen fell to Auburn 4-0 in an SPSL/Seamount game on May 3.
The Highlanders (12-4, 12-2) played Tuesday afternoon against Columbia River in Vancouver.
Track and field
Lindbergh boys finish in first, undefeated
Lindbergh, Renton and Hazen boys track teams all came into the final meet of the season on May 2 undefeated and the Eagles emerged victorious.
Lindbergh beat Hazen 73-72 and Renton 77-68 to finish 7-0 and come away as the regular season Seamount League champion. Hazen beat Renton 81-64 to finish 6-1 and in second in the team standings. The Indians come in third with a 5-2 record. The three schools are the only Seamount League teams with records above .500.

Renton girls finish
in first, unefeated
The Renton girls track team continued to dominate and finished the season 7-0 and on top of the league standings.
At the May 2 meet, Renton beat Hazen 102-48 and Lindbergh 99-50.
