Liberty's Mackenna Briggs wins district title, Patriots take fifth at Sea-King | Swim & dive

The Liberty girls swim and dive team placed fifth at the Sea-King 3A district meet Nov. 4-5 at Mary Wayte Pool in Mercer Island.

Mackenna Briggs won the 100 back with a time of 59.64 seconds.

Advancing to state for Liberty:

200-medley relay, Mackenna Briggs (200 IM, 100 back), Elise Tinseth (200 IM, 100 breast), Christina Sargent (dive), and 400-free relay.
