Liberty's Nicole Lecoq made a splash to start the 2010 season.
While the Patriots lost 127-52 to Mercer Island Tuesday, Lecoq swam four state-qualifying times.
Lecoq won both the 200 freestyle and 100 back stroke races, swimming state qualifying times in both. She then qualified for state while swimming in Liberty's 200-free and 400-free relay teams.
That's four state qualifying times after one event. Quite the start for Lecoq.
She swam in the 200 medley relay, 200 free and 100 back at state last season, taking down two Top 5 finishes.
Liberty's Elise Tinseth (200 IM) and Robin Bullock (dive) also won their events at the meet.
