A longtime resident of Renton, she lived most of her life on Cedar Street, now Cedar Avenue South, on Old Renton Hill. She loved music, dancing, and especially singing and cooking.

She is survived by her son, Michael Lack, and her daughter in law, Chumnead Hong, of Sequim, WA. She had four grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank her school friends from Renton High School, in particular Maxine King (Wagner), Marvia Ritchie (Custer), and her best friend Carolyn Orvella (Calhoun) for taking care of her and spending the last few years of her life making sure all her needs were met and for their constant companionship.

There will be a Celebration of Life party for Diane at 1:00 pm on May 4th, 2019 at Renton Technical College in Building 1 in the Culinaire Room. If you can attend, please RSVP Michael at houseofhandsmusic@yahoo.com. In lieu of flowers, the family and Diane requests that any remembrances be made to the ASPCA or PETA.
