Renton Little League’s annual ‘Under the Lights’ games this weekend will raise money for family of Ingrid Lyne

The first game begins at 5 p.m. Saturday with a second game at 7:30 p.m. There are two more games at the same time May 14 at Liberty Park as well.

The Renton Little Leagues’s annual “Under the Lights” games at Liberty Park are scheduled for this weekend and next weekend and this year, along with baseball and barbecue, the group will be raising money for the daughters of Ingrid Lyne, the Renton woman who was killed last month.

The first game begins at 5 p.m. Saturday with a second game at 7:30 p.m. There are two more games at the same time May 14 at Liberty Park as well.

The group plans a barbecue with hamburgers, refreshments and dessert. Game admittance is free, but Renton Little League will be accepting donations for the family of Ingrid Lyne, with 100 percent of the conations going to Lyne’s three daughters. Lyne, a 40-year-old nurse and single mother of three was murdered in March.
