The Renton Municipal Arts Commission (RMAC) is reaching out to the Renton arts and cultural community with an invitation to apply for grant funding.

The Commission is currently accepting proposals for the 2016 Arts Grant Program, which supports projects that forward the Arts Commission’s goal to continue implementation of Renton’s Arts & Culture Master Plan.

The Arts & Culture Master Plan can be viewed on the Renton Municipal Arts Commission page at the City of Renton’s website http://rentonwa.gov.

Funds for these grants are from a “Sustaining Support” grant from 4Culture, King County’s cultural arts agency. Applications are due Friday, June 10, 2016. Grant awards will be announced by June 17, 2016, and projects must be completed by Nov. 30, 2016.
