One injured in a drive-by shooting on Monday

An unknown suspect shot at house multiple times on April 17.

Renton police responded to reports of a shooting at 11:25 p.m. on Monday, April 17.

According to a Facebook post, an unknown vehicle drove by a house in the 600 block of South 53rd Place and Talbot Road South, and fired multiple rounds into the house. Approximately eight people were in the house at the time. They said they did not know who the suspect is or why they were targeted.

One victim was struck in the leg and was transpoted to Valley Medical Center.

Over 35 shell casins were located on the streets.
