With flood season officially here, the City of Renton will make complimentary sand and sandbags available to Renton businesses and residents while supplies last.

Verification of a Renton address can be provided with a driver’s license for residents, or a business card for business owners.

The city will have a number of lanes open to help speed up the the process.

There will be a 100-bag limit per visit; however, multiple visits will be allowed for those needing additional bags. Bring shovels to fill own bags.

The sand and bags are at Fire Station 14, 1900 Lind Ave. S.W.
