PASS UPDATE, FRIDAY, JAN. 9: Snoqualmie, White, Stevens open

The state Department of Transportation has reopened Snoqualmie and White passes, joining Stevens Pass with reopened earlier this week. The three major cross-Cascade passes were closed for several days because of slides and high avalanche danger.
