The Renton Police Department is seeking the assistance of the community in locating John Huber, a 48 year old man who was last seen during the afternoon of Monday, June 9.

Huber left the apartment he shares with his wife in the 1000 block of North 30th Street between 3 p.m. Monday and 1 a.m. Tuesday and has not been seen or heard from since. Huber suffers from early stage dementia and also has seizures; he never leaves the house.

Huber is described as a white male, six feet tall and weighing 140 pounds with brown eyes and grey hair.  He was wearing a black jacket, dark colored baseball cap and jeans.

According to police, Huber's memory comes and goes, and he may have gone for a walk and forgotten how to get home. He would not be carrying any money, and the Washington I.D. card that he carries has an old address on it.

If you have seen John Huber or have information about his whereabouts, please call 9-1-1 or contact the Renton Police Department at 425-430-7500 reference case number 14-6407.
