And the rain returns, just in time for the weekend.

The National Weather Service is calling for mostly cloudy skies and a 50 percent chance of showers today, Saturday, with a high near 68. Clouds and showers stick around overnight with temperatures dropping into the low-50s.

Sunday brings us more clouds and a 70 percent chance of showers with a high near 65, dropping into the low 50s over night.

Monday brings a 40 percent chance of showers with a high near 66. The sun should return mid-week.
