Renton took centerstage again, this time for the Seattle International Film Festival's Crash Cinema, a filmmaking challenge.

It was a warm day on March 30 when about 35 people fanned out as teams across Renton to create three-minute films. Six films were completed and screened at the Renton Civic Theatre that night.

So now it's your turn to pick the one film worthy of the Renton Reporter People's Choice Award for the Crash Cinema.

Click on this link to vote for your favorite film; the voting ends at midnight on Thursday, April 11. You'll need to provide some very basic information, but that information will allow us to enter you in a drawing for a cool grand prize!

Everyone who votes will have a chance to win a free pass to all the films showing at the Seattle International Film Festival venue in Renton at the IKEA Performing Arts Center May 23-29.

Enjoy the movie and don't get the popcorn stuck in your keyboard.
