Marcus Ramirez is this year’s recipient of the Renton Lions Club’s annual scholarship.

Ramirez is a senior at Lindbergh High School. He will receive $1,000 for college tuition and books upon enrollment.

The Renton Lions Club offers this scholarship each year to a senior from a Renton School District high school. The scholarship is awarded based on community service, a written demonstration of knowing the value of service to the community and a dedication to future service.
