State patrol seeks witnesses who saw dangerously driven Honda on I-405

Washington State Patrol detectives are seeking additional witnesses to a rollover collision on Dec. 31 on Interstate 405 just south of State Route 167.

Troopers are investigating what the state patrol describes as a dangerously driven vehicle on northbound I-405 at about 7 p.m. on Dec. 31.

Witnesses report that a green Honda Accord was traveling at high speeds and passing vehicles on the right shoulder as it approached State Route 167, according to the patrol. The Honda made a sudden lane change and hit the right rear of a green Subaru Outback causing it to roll over in the lane.

This collision is under investigation and detectives are asking anyone that has not been interviewed that may have seen the collision, or are aware of any vehicles or events that may have occurred prior to it contact Detective Russ Haake 425)-401-7717 or Russ.Haake@wsp.wa.gov.
