Body found Tuesday in north Renton identified as missing man

The King County Medical Examiner has identified a body located in north Renton on Tuesday afternoon near Interstate 405 as 31-year-old Ratchhin Duong.

Duong was last seen at about 5 a.m. Feb. 3 in the 100 block of Hoquiam Avenue Northeast in Renton. His abandoned vehicle was found the next day on I-405 near ext. 7 (Northeast 44th Street.)

The medical examiner determined that he died of self-inflicted wounds to the neck and wrists, according to the Renton Police Department.

Renton Police is asking that anyone who may have seen Duong in the early morning hours of Saturday, Feb. 4, call Renton Police at 425-430-7500 and refer to case 12-1284.
