Renton Civic Theater to present six plays

The Renton Civic Theater will present six plays during its 2009-2010 season, which kicks off in September.
• “Forever Plaid,” Sept. 4-19, a popular and successful musical.
• “The Women in Black,” Oct. 16-31, a spine-tingling ghost story.
• “The Trial of Ebenezer Scrooge,” Dec. 4-19, for the holidays, the “trial of the century”
• “Footlight Frenzy,” Feb. 19-March 6, an Alan Sherman comedy.
• “Rumors,” April 9-24, by Neil Simon.
• “The Two Gentlemen of Verona,” June 25-July 11, a 1970s version of Shakespeare’s classic.
Season tickets – $118 for all six shows, a 20 percent discount – are on sale now. Discounts are available for groups, seniors and students. Individual show tickets are $25 for musicals and $22 for plays.
