Let's kick cancer: Rainier Valley Slammers set benefit

The Rainier Valley Slammers have organized a breast cancer benefit, "Playing Ball to Cure them All,' from 4:30-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26 at the Starfire Soccer Stadium, 14800 Starfire Way, Tukwila.

Matches are scheduled for 5, 6:30 and 8 p.m.

Tickets are $5. Concessions, $1 raffle tickets and pink bracelets will be available.

Proceeds benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
