Former mayor Kathy Keolker to speak on Sister City program

Former Renton Mayor Kathy Keolker will speak about the City of Renton Sister City program at the Oct. 21 meeting of Renton Chapter 414 of AARP.
The meeting is at 1 p.m. at the Renton Senior Activity Center, 211 Burnett Ave. N.
