Local Boy Scouts honor military on Memorial Day

From the expansive National Cemetery at Tahoma to much smaller, often overlooked location like the Saar Pioneer Cemetery, local youth took extra time Monday to say "thank you."

Memorial Day ceremony begins at 1 p.m. Monday

A ceremonial wreath honoring the five branches of military service will be presented at the memorial, and an Honor Guard, playing of taps, and singing of a patriotic song will conclude the ceremony.
