Mattress Firm’s Shoe Drive for Foster Kids begins

Remember receiving a new pair of shoes as a kid and the excitement and confidence that came with them? To help ensure that local foster kids have that same feeling, Mattress Firm is kicking off its annual Shoe Drive for Foster Kids, and it needs the community’s help.

The drive is on until Oct. 31.

When purchasing new shoes for the changing seasons, customers are encouraged to buy a pair to donate. This is a great opportunity for the community to easily give back and make an impact, supporting foster families who often welcome children into their homes with just the clothes on their backs and are tasked with replacing essential items quickly.

Donations of new shoes in any size – from toddler to teen – can be dropped off at any Mattress Firm store. Use the store locator at mattressfirm.com to find your nearest location.
