Regal Cinema grand opening is this Friday

Regal Cinemas The Landing Stadium 14 opens Friday. To celebrate, the new movie theater is holding four days of ticket, popcorn and soft drink deals.
The deals started Monday (Oct. 13) with three days of $2 movies, $2 popcorn and $2 soft drinks during movie screenings to benefit local charities. Monday was “Read it and See It at Regal,” sponsored by The Seattle Times and the Seattle Post-Intelligencer to benefit Newspapers in Education. Tuesday was “Regal Takes Flight in Renton,” sponsored by 106.9 FM to benefit Renton Community Foundation.
Today (Wednesday) is “KING 5 Family Day at the Movies,” sponsored by NBC KING 5 News to benefit Communities in Schools.
Friday’s grand opening features first-run movies including “Max Payne” and “Sex Drive.” Each movie-ticket buyer from Oct. 17-30 will receive a free 85-ounce popcorn and 32-ounce soft drink.
Free “High School Musical” T-shirts will be given to the buyers of the first 100 tickets sold at the box office Oct. 17-19.
Those who use their Regal Crown Club card from Oct. 17-Dec. 7 will be entered to win a $2,000 MasterCard Gift Card.
